Mike Barker formed the company in March 2009, since then the company has grown in size and reputation since its humble beginnings. Skill development through education and training is an essential element of our organic growth strategy.

We invest in the best plant and equipment which enables us to operate efficiently and deliver a professional service to our customers.

We take health and safety seriously, our first aid training is specific to working at heights and the team regularly carry out aerial rescue training using enactment techniques, a complete rehearsal of a potential lifesaving situation including communication with the emergency services while the teamwork at bringing their colleagues to the ground for medical treatment. It may sound dramatic, but our work can be dangerous.

Kyle

Kyle

Kyle has been with us since December 2021. Kyle is a well qualified tree surgeon. He's hardworking, and as Norfolk as they come.

Dominic

Dominic

Dominic joined us in January 2022 on an apprenticeship which he has nearly completed with flying colours. He is a really enthusiastic young man who is looking forward to qualifying as an arborist.

Jack

Jack

Jack joined the team as an apprentice in April 2018 and is now a trainee arborist. Jack is our quartermaster, operating behind the scenes to keep us and our equipment organised and ready to go.

Kazim

Kazim

Kazim joined the team in March 2020 as a qualified arborist and is now our lead climber. He is highly skilled and great at helping to train other upcoming staff members.
