It was a pleasure doing business with this firm. l received a long and very detailed analysis of my particular problem which was then adapted to my ultimate aims. My neighbour used this firm and recommended them to me. The team were all very friendly and helpful – as l say, a delight to work with. l was particularly impressed with the depth and scope of the initial consultation which had to resolve a number of features. This gave me full confidence that the work was what l actually wanted and that it was to the highest standard. This was the kind of job where a cheap fix would have landed me with long term problems so l feel the money has been well spent. Having seen these 3 men hard at work for over a day and a half l would say they have earned every penny. Apart from their general friendly and efficient manner they did a superb job tidying up and keeping me informed at all stages of the process
